By booking a ride with us, you agree to the following terms and conditions. Please read them carefully.

1. Booking & Confirmation

  • All bookings must be made in advance through our website, phone, or authorized representatives.
  • Confirmation of your booking will be sent via email or message. Please check and verify all details.

2. Cancellation & Refund Policy

  • Cancellations made more than 3 hours before the scheduled pickup time are eligible for a full refund.
  • Cancellations made less than 3 hours before the pickup time are non-refundable.
  • In case of a no-show without prior notice, no refund will be provided.

3. Delays & Waiting Time

  • Our chauffeurs will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time. Additional waiting charges may apply thereafter.
  • ALS Luxury Ride is not responsible for delays due to unforeseen traffic, weather, or other external factors.

4. Vehicle Usage

  • Our luxury vehicles are maintained with the highest standards. Any damage caused by the passenger due to negligence or misuse will be chargeable.
  • No smoking, alcohol consumption, or illegal substances are allowed in the vehicle.

5. Liability

  • ALS Luxury Ride shall not be held responsible for any loss, damage, or delays caused by events beyond our control.
  • Our liability is limited to the amount paid for the ride booking.

6. Changes to Booking

  • Changes to the booking (time, location, vehicle) must be requested at least 3 hours prior to the scheduled pickup. Changes are subject to availability.

7. Customer Conduct

  • We expect respectful and appropriate behavior towards our chauffeurs at all times.
  • Inappropriate conduct may lead to termination of service without refund.
